Terms and Conditions - October 2025

Thank you for choosing to be part of Peaches Playtime, our toddler playgroup.

For the safety, wellbeing, and enjoyment of all children and parents/guardians involved, we ask that you carefully read and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General Information

  • The playgroup is intended for toddlers aged 1–3 years.

  • Parents/guardians must accompany and supervise their child at all times.

2. Registration Fees

  • All children must be registered prior to attending sessions.

  • Fees are termly and are payable in advance.

  • Refunds are not provided for missed sessions, except in the case of cancellation by the organisers.

3. Health and Safety

  • Children who are unwell, showing signs of contagious illness (e.g., fever, vomiting, rash, COVID-19 symptoms), or have been exposed to contagious diseases should not attend.

  • Any allergies or medical conditions must be disclosed during registration.

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for their child's behavior and must ensure they play safely and respectfully with others.

  • First aid will be administered by a qualified adult if necessary, and parents will be informed immediately.

4. Supervision and Responsibility

  • Parents/guardians must remain with their child throughout the session.

  • The playgroup staff or volunteers are not responsible for the direct supervision or discipline of any child.

  • All belongings are the responsibility of the parent/guardian. The playgroup is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

5. Photos and Media

  • Photos or videos may occasionally be taken during sessions for promotional use on social media, newsletters, or the playgroup’s website.

  • If you do not wish for your child to be photographed or recorded, please indicate this in writing upon registration.

6. Behaviour and Conduct

  • Aggressive, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior from children or adults will not be tolerated.

  • The playgroup reserves the right to ask any family to leave if their behavior puts others at risk or disrupts the session.

7. Cancellation and Changes

  • The playgroup reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to weather, low attendance, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Advance notice will be given where possible via email, social media or our website.

8.Liability Waiver

  • Participation in the playgroup is at your own risk.

  • The organisers, venue, and staff are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the sessions, except where required by law.

9. Agreement

​By attending the toddler playgroup, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
